Quantum eMotion Announces CEO Purchase of $300,000 in Company Shares by Exercise of WarrantsQuantum eMotion Corp. announces that its CEO Francis Bellido is exercising his right to purchase Company shares in the amount of $300,000 by exercising a total of 2,000,000 warrants. QeM will receive the totality of $300,000 from these warrants. In the past few months several other investors exercised 11,285,000 warrants for proceeds to QeM of an additional $1,692,750.

Quantum eMotion Files for a New Patent to Extend Its Intellectual Property to Consumer ElectronicsQuantum eMotion Inc. today announced a significant expansion of its global patent portfolio. The company has recently filed for a patent application covering a minimalistic chip which utilizes the computer’s hardware to both power an on-chip quantum entropy source and turn the resulting entropy signal into random numbers of quantum origin on the go. The product will eventually be a plug-and-play ultraportable QRNG module that provides easy-to-use hardware protection for consumer electronics.
